Ceramic sinks from other regions may look similar but do not offer the same strength and durability of true Italian fireclay. Ruvati's fireclay sinks are constructed of 1-inch thick solid fireclay, unlike the hollow fireclay sinks offered by some other manufacturers. The solid fireclay provides significantly more strength and durability compared to hollow options.

The sink's exterior dimensions are 30 inches wide by 18 inches front-to-back, with an interior of 28 inches wide by 16 inches front-to-back and a 9-inch deep bowl. The color is a glossy white.
